The blue flowers are Nemophila Baby Blue Eyes, and to be honest, I don't know what the yellow ones are. They are completely yellow blooms (no "black-eye"), perennial, mounding, and short. I saved the identification somewhere, although I may have thrown it out in a burst of cleaning.

It's a simple Photoshop trick, but I think you could do it with a background image with a transparent table over it... haven't tried.
